See emails that would match AI rule
If I understand it correctly, the "Test" button on the AI panel allows typing a pretend email and seeing what existing rule it would match. The converse would be far more helpful - show the first N existing emails that the AI would consider a match for a given prompt.
Expired emails
Would be nice to detect email expiration date (e.g. for events, promotions etc.) and offer to cleanup already expired ones (or tag them with "expired"). Should offer different behaviors for promotional and transactional emails. E.g. archive past package deliveries or receipts but delete promotional invites to events (like emails from eventbrite).
Train AI to sort by reviewing new emails added to a lable
I want to drag an email from my inbox into a label and have Inbox Zero see that as a rule to now have emails like that go into the folder.
Smart filters via automatic email tagging
Filtering emails could be a very handy tool, but without having to type a string or query. Basically, click on the tags and get a filtered list.
Search for individual email
Would be great to have a individual email search to add "individual" emails to the "bulk email unsubsciber"
Google Docs Integration for Knowledge Base
It would be great if Inbox Zero could integrate with Google Docs to serve as a knowledge base source

Looks like it only imports last 3 months of emails but it is not stated anywhere.
search label when autoarchive
when selecting a label for autoarchive, being able to start typing the label to filter out the list would be usefull

Ability to chat with my emails archive
I have a lot of useful emails (newsletter issues paid and free...) that I would love to search on them via AI. And chat with them. I used extension of Bard that allow you to connect your Gmail and -sort of- chat with your archive but the hallucinations is high and Bard tend to made up an entirely nonexistent emails.
Bulk Delete
I want to delete all emails from a recipient in one click. Also, 'delete all emails' when unsubscribing.
Learn from cold emails marked by user
If I mark something as a cold email, the system should learn from that for the future.
Cold email action: Mark As Spam
The cold email finding feature is neat, though I have zero need to archive cold emails. I want to mark them all as spam AND automate the system doing so (thus have it fully hands off).
Archive to any folder
When selecting auto-archive, it gives a selection of folders - but often it doesn't include the one I want to use. Can you put all the folders/labels in this list.
